Schools by Inkrant is a comprehensive school management platform that provides tools for managing students, teachers, classes, schedules, assessments, attendance, and other school-related activities.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• One school may have multiple user accounts with different roles

4. Subscription and Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Transmit viruses or malicious code

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by INKRANT PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62011AP2026PTC123538) and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INKRANT PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
